Before forming Prince McCulloch in 2005, David was a family law partner at a major city firm and Jane was head of her firm's family law department. Both have specialised in family law since qualification and are members of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and accredited financial / pension specialists.

As members of Resolution, Prince McCulloch aim to avoid conflict and hostility wherever possible, but provide strong and confident representation, if court proceedings are unavoidable.

Jane was National Chair of Resolution during 2007-2008, and David was Chair of Resolution’s South Yorkshire group. Joining David and Jane are the well respected and highly regarded Sarah Woodward and Lisa O'Connor.
