In any separation, the first concern is for the children.
The lawyers at Prince McCulloch will listen carefully to your wishes, worries and concerns, and do everything possible to help you make arrangements for your children that are in the best interests of the children, and that both parents are happy with.
In appropriate circumstances, they will discuss with you the advantages of reaching a mediated agreement, and refer you to a mediator if you wish.
Application to the Court is a last resort, but if no agreement can be reached the lawyers at Prince McCulloch will assist you in making and pursuing an application to the Court for residence (specifying who a child lives with) and/or contact (specifying how much time the child spends with the other parent).
